The PSI Warmline is a toll-free telephone number anyone can call to get basic information, support, and resources.
Dial extension 1 for Spanish and extension 2 for English.
The Warmline messages are returned every day of the week. You are welcome to leave a confidential message any time, and one of the warmline volunteers will return your call as soon as possible. If you are not able to talk when the volunteer calls you, you can arrange another time to connect. The volunteer will give you information, encouragement, and names of resources near you.

What do our PSI Volunteer Coordinators do?
Our online groups will help you connect with other parents, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources. Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, Baby Blues, or pregnancy or postpartum depression/anxiety, our groups are here for you. Led by trained PSI facilitators. Join our weekly call and talk with a PSI expert about resources, symptoms, options and general information about perinatal mental health from the privacy of your own phone. There is no need to pre-register or give your name. These sessions, facilitated by licensed mental health professionals, are informational only and open to anyone with questions and concerns. The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)
The EPDS is a 10-question self administered screening tool developed by John Cox and Jeni Holden and used worldwide that helps to recognize women who might be suffering from postpartum depression. You can download a copy of it right here. You can fill out this screening tool and print it out to share with family and take it with you to your healthcare provider.

Text4baby is a free text messaging program for pregnant women and new moms. Moms can get FREE messages each week on your cell phone to help you through your pregnancy and your baby’s first year.
