PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PSI COORDINATOR: PSI Coordinators are volunteers who offer caring and informed support and resources to moms and their families. They also provide information and resources for area providers who are caring for pregnant and postpartum families. Please don’t hesitate to contact us; we want to hear from you.

Perinatal Support of Montana
In an emergency: PSI is a volunteer organization devoted to providing social support and resources to women and their families. We will return your call or email as quickly as we can, but we can not provide an immediate response in an emergency. If you do need immediate assistance, please use one of the following resources now:
SUICIDE PREVENTION HOTLINE: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)
The following groups offer support at no charge for women who are at risk of or are experiencing distress such as isolation, depression, anxiety, fearful thoughts, insomnia, trauma, and other difficulties during pregnancy or postpartum. Support groups provide a safe and caring place for connection and recovery. Please call or email for more information.
Postpartum Peer-Support Group
Group meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month in the conference room at the Ronald McDonald House, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. The sessions are facilitated by a trained perinatal social worker, and infants up to one year of age are welcome to attend with a parent.

North Valley Hospital offers a free, community-wide support group for women and families affected by perinatal mood disorders. It is facilitated by Postpartum Support International certified Birth Center Nurses. It is our mission to provide support, information, and resources to women and families coping with pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders and to the professionals who serve them. Our support group meets on a monthly basis. Please contact the North Valley Hospital Birth Center at (406)863-3535 to learn more about our support group and how we can be a resource to you.
