Devi Natarajan has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL. Devi worked at Aon Hewitt, a global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resource solutions and outsourcing services for ten years before deciding to pursue her passion in the field of Psychology. During her time at Aon Hewitt, among other roles, Devi served as a Senior Benefits Operations Manager and a Global Sourcing Liaison. As part of the Global Sourcing Liaison role, she provided cultural diversity training to associates across the organization in both North America and India.

After graduating from the Northwestern Program, Devi has been working as a therapist in the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program at Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health, Arlington Heights, IL. She provides group therapy services to clients with severe and chronic mental health illness. Devi is also a certified facilitator for Rainbows – an international non-profit that helps children and teenagers grieve and grow after a loss. She was a clinical intern at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, providing individual therapy services to adults and children and completed her internship in the Child Partial Hospitalization Program at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, Hoffman Estates, IL. Devi is also trained in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and provides mindfulness consultation to schools, business corporations, hospitals and individuals.

Devi has been volunteering for PSI since July 2013 and has developed an interest in working with women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In an effort to broaden her experiencing in working with this population, she has been volunteering in the Pregnancy and Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorder program at St.Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates, IL, providing support services to women experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
