Staff
Research and Impact Manager

Courtney Yorks comes to her work with PSI with a passion for data and evidence informed impact. She is a solutions-oriented professional with experience organizing research operations for companies of varied scale and scope. She has expertise with various data collection and analysis frameworks and uses that to ensure the research that PSI does is rigorous, backed by data, and often centers community voices.

Prior to joining PSI, Courtney worked with a Seattle based consulting firm to design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methods for larger funders and community-based organizations and initiatives. She also has a background in leading DEI efforts, development efforts, and working as a Birth Doula where she supported families with diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Her passion is ensuring that data and evidence inform impact across the life span; from conception to those who are aging. She currently serves as the Board Chair for South Park Senior Center, where she is leading the organization through major strategic changes.

Outside of work Courtney can be found with her daughter and husband splashing in puddles, making mud pies, or hiking the beautiful North Carolina trails.
