Laura J. Miller, MD, is the Medical Director of Reproductive Mental Health for the Veterans Health Administration. She is a Professor of Psychiatry at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. She graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Chicago. She has developed nationally award -winning women’s mental health services and educational programs, and has participated in numerous statewide and national women’s mental health policy initiatives. She has authored more than 75 articles and book chapters related to women’s mental health. She devotes her career to improving the mental health of women through clinical care, education, and research.
