Assistant Administrative Support
My background is in customer service. I love people and I especially love helping. I have two kids that keep me busy when I am not working. The birth of my daughter, 12 years ago, showed me how difficult it was to navigate being a new parent. I never knew there was help and support out there for postpartum life. Fast forward 10 years and I welcomed a son. Right away, I experienced this feeling of support from my nurses, especially with breastfeeding, that I didn’t have before. They checked in with me on how I was feeling and not just how I was healing. When I started working for PSI in early 2021 I was able to experience this amazing support network. I know people who have struggled with the new role they were facing, overnight, of becoming a new parent. I always pass along PSI’s website to them and also check in to see how they are and remind them that they aren’t alone. It takes a village and PSI offers a wonderful village experience. I’m glad to be a part of that.
