Shivani is a registered Yoga & Mindfulness Guide and works with individuals one-on-one or in group settings to find healthy ways to manage their mental health. Her holistic approach takes into account the individual’s unique situation, and the class is tailored for each case. There is no one size fits all when it comes to mental health. Mindfulness is integrated into classes to allow students to truly connect body, mind, & movement for a holistic experience. Shivani is also trained in prenatal, and post-natal yoga and mindfulness techniques to help new mothers manage the stresses and challenges that come along with pregnancy and motherhood.
The challenges of life are something that we cannot avoid, Shivani’s mission is to help individuals find healthy ways to navigate those challenges. Shivani’s own experiences navigating her own mental health diagnosis has given her the ability to empathize and help others. She is dedicated to sharing her story with the hope that anyone going through something similar knows that they are not alone.
