This free and virtual group is for pregnant and postpartum moms and birthing people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Bipolar Support for Perinatal Moms and Birthing People
Our perinatal (pregnancy & postpartum) bipolar support group for moms and birthing people is here to help those navigating symptoms of bipolar, like depression (lows) and mania (highs).
Birth Moms Support Group
Our online Birth Mom Support Group provides connection for birth moms/first moms who place a baby for adoption.
Birth Trama Support Group
Led by trained peer facilitators, this group is for any birthing person who has experienced trauma (mental and/or physical) during childbirth.
Led by trained peer facilitators, this group is for any Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC) who has experienced trauma (mental and/or physical) during childbirth.
This group is for anyone pregnant or postpartum (up to two years) and identifies as Black or African-American.
The Black Moms in Loss Support Group provides connections for individuals that identify as Black mothers grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant.
Connect with other dads who have newborns up to toddlers and talk and listen to other dads as they process their experiences.
Our online Early Pregnancy Loss Support for Moms group provides connection for mothers grieving the loss of their baby at 20 weeks or before.
This group is intended for those who have been actively trying to conceive for six months or longer.
Military spouses, active-duty personnel, and veteran moms are welcome to attend this online group to help you connect with other parents, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources.
In this 60-minute offering, PSI-trained facilitators will provide skills on how to mindfully navigate the challenging seasons of pregnancy and postpartum parenthood.
Led by trained PSI facilitators, our online NICU group is intended for parents of babies who are currently or formerly in the NICU.

This group is intended for participants who have attended our perinatal mood support groups 3 times already and do not need to hear the psycho-educational presentation again.

Pregnancy & Early Infant Loss for Parents
Our online Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support group provides connection for parents grieving the loss of their baby (miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, early infant loss, and any type of pregnancy or infant loss).
We invite those who are no longer in active psychosis and in recovery to join for support, so that you can experience connection and support from other Pregnancy and Postpartum Psychosis (PPP) Survivors.
Mental health challenges during pregnancy are difficult and often unexpected. We are often told that pregnancy should be one of the happiest times of our life; however, pregnancy can be very challenging.
Our online Pregnancy, Parenting, & TTC After Termination for Medical Reasons Support for Parents Group provides non-judgmental support to parents who experienced termination for medical reasons and are now trying to conceive, pregnant again, or parent living children after the TFMR.
Led by trained PSI facilitators, our online Pregnant and Postpartum Parents of Multiples group is intended for parents of two or more babies who are gestational twins (born at the same time) OR foster/adoptive parents or caregivers with babies four months apart or less.
PSI’s Queer & Trans Parent Support Group is FREE and open to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are expecting, adopting, and/or parenting from pregnancy to four years postpartum.
This group is for perinatal single parents who are widowed, divorced, or never married or partnered with their co-parent, but they are caring for a baby (up to two years old) without a partner in their home.
Stillbirth and Infant Loss Support Group
This support group is for parents who have experienced stillbirth or early infant loss.
Support for Families Touched by Postpartum Psychosis
Led by PSI-trained facilitators, this group helps family members find support for themselves as well as provides useful information and resources to help them navigate their loved one’s experience with PPP.
Led by trained peer facilitators, this support group is for parents of “high need” newborns to 12-month-old babies.
Support for Parents of One to Four Year Old Children is an online peer-led support group to help you connect with other parents, talk about your experiences, and learn about helpful tools and resources.
Our online Termination for Medical Reasons Support Group provides non-judgmental support to moms who experienced termination for medical reasons.

All of our groups are FREE and virtual. When registering for Sharewell for the first time skip the unlimited offer on the payment page.

What to Expect

Our groups are 90 minutes (1.5 hours) in length. The first ~30 minutes is providing information, education, and establishing group guidelines. The next ~60 minutes is “talk time,” in which group members share and talk with each other. Group members must be present for the group guidelines before joining in the discussion or “talk time.”

Student and clinical observations are not allowed in our group spaces due to confidentiality and creating a safe space

PSI Support Groups are hosted on ShareWell.  Support Groups are split between different “wells.” Click on the registration link above to go to the Well, which includes support groups in each category.

When signing up for groups and making an account:

  • Skip the unlimited offer on the payment page (all of our groups are free!)
  • Access PSI support groups in each dedicated community
  • Reach out to groups@postpartum.net if you have any questions

In this new platform, we will no longer have a waitlist function. **We will allow up to 16 group members to enter the group, so please arrive on time to get a spot. Once we reach 16 members OR we have started talk time, the group space will be closed.**
